Middle School Track and Field

Uniforms: Part of the fee ($100) that is paid to participate in Junior High track goes to the purchase of a Tee Shirt that you get to keep. This Tee Shirt is your uniform. You will need to provide your own shorts. These shorts should be black. 

Other Information: The team will travel to and from the meets together. The expectation is that your athlete travels with the team to and from the meet. This is a guideline put in place by the Athletic Department at Proctor.

Come have fun! Get better for other sports, have fun with friends! Learn about Track and Field! MS track is for grades 7th and 8th grades ONLY!

Practice starts TBA - meet in the Quarry Tile area on first day in the HS!

Meets are on Thursdays and NO PRACTICE on Fridays!

2025 Schedule: 2026 schedule will be VERY similar!

April 17th-@Esko - 4 pm

April 24th -@Two Harbors - 4 pm

May 1st- @ Hermantown - 4 pm

May 8th- @ Cloquet - 4 pm

May 15th-@ Hibbing- Lake Superior Conference meet - TBA
